The GWU’s International Department is continuously increasing its International Participation by means of International Projects. The GWU is currently hosting the following long term or permanent projects:
- Euro-Safe
(A 3 year project on Repetitive Strain Injury)
- Euro-Med Youth Trade Union Network
(Permanent Euro-Med Youth Structure)
Moreover the GWU is also partner in numerous projects with European and North African trade unions. Furthermore these partnerships have led to international collaboration with Employers, Local Governments and even Educational Institutions.
Such projects mainly deal with training workers, formulating policies, researching new areas related to workers rights and duties and other activities relevant to trade unions in Europe.
